Working alongside Iron Peaks Construction is always a good time. They build homes that deserve to have every detail done right - and that includes the electrical and lighting. This build was a great example of what it looks like when a general contractor and their trades are all on the same page from day one.

The main living space set the tone for everything. Vaulted ceilings with heavy wood beams, a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, and an open layout connecting the kitchen and living room - that kind of space needs lighting that can carry its weight visually. We installed statement chandeliers above the main living area and pendant lights over the kitchen island, making sure each fixture was positioned to feel intentional, not just functional. Under-cabinet lighting on the island adds a layer of warmth that makes the kitchen feel finished.

Each room had its own personality, and we treated it that way. The master bath got matching vanity bar lights flanking both mirrors - clean, symmetrical, and matched to the matte black hardware throughout. The bedroom got recessed can lights framing the window and a centered chandelier that fits the beam detail in the ceiling. Every space got thought out individually, not just wired and called done.

That's really what good electrical work comes down to on a custom build. It's not just pulling wire and flipping breakers. It's understanding how the space is going to be used and making sure the lighting supports that. Comfortable, functional, and ready for everyday life - that's the goal on every job we do with Iron Peaks, and this one was no different.

We're proud to be a trusted part of their build team. When a builder keeps calling you back, that means something. We don't take that lightly.
